Shipping policy

Shipping will be via Royal Mail tracked for international orders over £10 GBP and tracked 48hrs for domestic orders. JustGoSketching cannot be responsible for Customs delays or any Force Majeure. Some countries only track to the border.

JustGoSketching will guarantee a refund or replacement within 30 days of posting if not received. Please note this is 50 days in South America

Taxes for the EU will be paid in advance for orders up to £135 (150 Euros) for orders over this an duties and charges has to be paid by the customer.
